In order for us to best ensure that your orders and the orders to your customers in a faraway land will be handled in the most efficient manner we ask that you follow these steps.


We have simplified the process for international Shipping.

In order for us to best ensure that your orders and the orders to your customers in other countries will be handled in the most efficient manner we ask that you follow these steps.

1.  Check this site:   Fed Ex International Freight -To estimate the freight charges.

2.  Enter your order through our InTouch website.

a. Enter the complete address in the address block.

b. Enter the city in the city field, in the state field enter “XX”, leave county blank, select your country from the dropdown. If  the address require a postal code and      you have it –enter it.

c. Select *opt-fed as the carrier and choose one of the international services. UPS to Canada is available on a limited basis.

d. In the next screen enter the items you want to ship.

e.  Then preview your PO, if it looks correct, e-mail it to INTL@optimusparts.com

(Instructions for e-mailing the form: after the preview pane pops open, select File – Send – Page by email; in the TO: field type: intl@optimusparts.com and scroll down to the lower part of the message- below the form and type in the $$ amount that you are invoicing your customer for this order. We need the value of the parts for the customs documents.)

NOTE:  All orders will be considered ship complete.

f. once you have emailed us a copy of the order, close the preview window and authorize the order.

4. We will make every effort to process and ship these orders the same day as received, but because of the added complexity please allow an additional day.

5.  An amount equal to 25% of the value of the order will be added to each INTERNATIONAL  shipment as a handling fee.
