Optimus Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved.

All returns must be requested within 60 days.

Upon approval, items must be returned within 30 days.

If we shipped what you ordered, upon approval, you will pay shipping & a 15% restock fee.

If we shipped something you didn't order, we will send you a return label.
